The mission of the Afram Plains Career Guidance and Mentorship Foundation is to nurture and enhance
local knowledge and talents while empowering young people in disadvantaged age districts, specifically
targeting Kwahu North Afram Plains in Ghana. The foundation aims to equip the youth with the necessary
resources and guidance to understand the current job market and available opportunities, enabling them to
pursue suitable career paths and contribute to community development.

A word from the Founder – James Adzraku

I want to express my deep gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to every
one of you as the founder of the Afram Plains Career Guidance and
Mentorship Foundation. Your unwavering dedication, support, and hard
work have been the driving force behind our foundation’s success and
the positive impact we are making on the lives of individuals and
communities through our interventions.

I extend special thanks to our dedicated team at Applied Geotechnical
Drilling for trusting and providing the necessary funding to push our
vision forward. Your support has been instrumental in implementing life
changing initiatives such as scholarships, surgical outreach programs, and
improvements in healthcare and education in the Donkorkrom area.

To our devoted team members and experts including Dr. Koku Awoonor, Dr. Foster Amposah, Dr. Frank
Ewusie Brown, Dr. Ziblim Kasuleh, and all the supporting staff from Donkorkrom Presbyterian Hospital
and Eastern Regional Hospital, I appreciate your passion and commitment. Your selfless efforts in
organizing events, providing mentorship, and implementing projects have been nothing short of
extraordinary. Each of you plays a vital role in shaping the future of our beneficiaries, and I am truly grateful
for your dedication.
